Selection of mesh:
Meshes with the same mesh number should be selected. This is important, as mismatched mesh numbers of vibrating screen mesh can directly affect the accuracy and yield of the screened material.
Laying of mesh:
When installing the screen mesh, the screen mesh should be laid flat on the tray and pulled as flat as possible (but not too forcefully, otherwise it will affect the service life and accuracy of the screen mesh), and then fixed to the frame with fastening devices.
Tightening:
After the screen mesh is fixed on the mother frame, check whether the surrounding screen mesh is pressed tightly on the mother frame. If relaxation is found, adjust it reasonably.
